Lore Leos ships through a variety of major carriers, selected based on the garments in your order and the delivery location. Tracking information is provided once your order is on its way.
All Lore items are made to order. Because each piece is produced specifically for your order, items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Each Lore garment passes through several quality inspections before it is tagged, bagged, and shipped. If you do receive an item that you believe has a manufacturing defect or quality issue, please contact us right away at sales@loreleos.com so we can address it.
Please use caution when opening your package. We recommend carefully pulling the tape by hand rather than using scissors, blades, or other sharp objects, which can accidentally damage the garments inside.
